Computers: Several computers are available for public access and printing.
Internet access: Public access to the Internet is available on the library’s computers. Computers may be used for 30 minute segments and may be renewed if no one is waiting. Special allowance is made for research needs. There is a guest pass available for visitors.
The library is also a Wi-Fi hotspot. The wireless network can be accessed using your own laptop or device.
Tech assistance: Do you need help understanding your personal electronic devices? Then our library director can help you. She is available for consultation every Tuesday morning from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm OR by appointment.
Copier suggested donations: Copies are .20 for a single page (B&W), .20 for a double sided page (B&W), .50 per side (Color Copies). Copier enlarges and reduces.
Fax .75 per page to send up to 30 pages, .50 per page to receive.
Meeting Rooms: Meeting spaces are available for reservation here.
Accessibility: Our building is accessible to people with disabilities.
AAC Board: The library has a communication board for people who either use or need augmentative or alternative communication.
Book drop: The Library’s book drop is located at the staff entrance on Murray Street.
Patron registration: Patrons will be registered to borrow books upon completion of a registration card. Proof of identity and permanent address, as well as birth date are needed for adults.
Loan periods:
Books, audio books and magazines – 3 Weeks in most cases.
Videos – Due in one week.
Passes – Due in one week. Must be returned directly to the lending library. If a pass is not returned to the lending library, a $1 fee will be charged to the patron’s account. Late returns will also result in a fine on the patron’s account—$1 per day for every day that it is late.
Fines: Mount Morris Library is happy to announce the elimination of overdue fines to ensure equitable access to library resources for our patrons. “No fines” does not mean “no responsibility.” Materials will still have due dates and patrons are expected to return materials on time.
Charges for lost or damaged materials and other miscellaneous charges will remain.
Feel free to return anything that will fit through the slot in the book drop—even if it’s already late!
Circulation, renewal, reserves, returns: You may reserve or renew materials on line, in person, or by phone at 585-658-4412. Materials may be returned at this library, or at any public library in a four-county area: Ontario, Wayne, Wyoming, or Livingston. Items can be requested from any library in the OWWL Library System to be delivered to the Mount Morris Library for pick-up.
Interlibrary loan: As a member of the OWWL Library System–Ontario, Wayne, Wyoming, and Livingston counties–the library is part of a 42 library network. We also provide out-of-network interlibrary loan service, which is now free of charge for patrons.

Delivery to home-bound: Delivery of materials is available upon request.
